In a March 2021 re-certification audit, we successfully confirmed our quality standard with the ISO 17100 and ISO 9001 certifications. The foundations of these standards are the strict requirements for qualified translators and comprehensive translation processes.
The audit was conducted by the renowned TÜV SÜD Service Center. The audit results confirm that our customers and quality services always come first.
Despite the events of 2020, we maintained our operations and deliveries without any restrictions. Except for 2 colleagues, we’ve had our entire team work from home for their safety, and provided them with every tool necessary. This enabled us to provide our clients with the services they need, at the quality level they’re used to, under any circumstances.
